At Queen's Gardens Resort have various activities inside and outside our resort to make your stay even more memorable.

Swimming pool
Enjoy Saba's largest swimming pool with complimentary chaise lounges, beach towels and of course our extensive pool service.

Fitness Room
Our Fitness room helps you to keep in shape during your vacation. Our fitness room is equipped with all the necessary equipment like a treadmill, Bow flex total workout unit, work out bike, free weights, yoga mats, etc.

In Room Massages
Queen's Gardens Resort offers in room massages. Enjoy a relaxing massage with our therapist in the privacy of your Suite and relax in your Jacuzzi afterwards.

Yoga
It is possible to arrange special private yoga sessions on our pool deck or in the fitness room. Saba has another venue that hosts yoga classes as well. These sessions are on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Check our concierge for up to date times.

Queen's Gardens Cooking Class
Sign up for a cooking class with our chef. During this workshop our chef will show you how to prepare one of his signature dishes and..... Enjoy your own creation afterwards.
Always wanted to know how to prepare that particular dish??? Let us know in advance and our chef will teach you with pleasure

Enjoy your favorite Nintendo Wii sports game in our conference room on the big projection screen or in the comfort of your suite.

At Sea

Scuba Diving
Saba Island is one of the most beautiful diving spots in the world. Saba is a volcanic island and therefore the underwater world features lots of beautiful corals and active with fish life. The island attracts a lot of scuba divers from all over the world annually. Queen's Gardens Resort works very close with all dive shops on Saba, therefore we can assist you easily in making your dive arrangements of put a package together for you. If you are not certified for diving, but want get certified we can arrange a PADI open water course for you as well as a discover Scuba dive! Snorkeling
Saba has various exiting snorkeling sites all around the island. The most well known area for snorkeling is Well's Bay. Every day, weather permitting, there are snorkeling trips available. You will find lots of turtles and active tropical fish. Ask our concierge to plan your snorkeling trip for you.

Sunset cruise
Take in a beautiful and romantic sunset on the open water. Our Sunset cruise is an excellent way to celebrate the end of a beautiful Caribbean day on Saba. The cruise leaves from the harbor and we will serve you a nice selection of hot and cold snacks along with a bottle of sparkling wine.

Boat charter
Let us make the arrangements for you to charter a speed boat or catamaran for you to experience Saba from the Sea. Hourly rentals, half day and full day rentals are available, including a captain, beverages and snacks. Tour the island via the ocean or make a day trip to one of the surrounding islands.

Saba Conservation Foundation
The Saba conservation Foundation plays a very important role in conserving our island. They make sure that the marine park and the Saba trails are well maintained. The Saba marine park is one of the oldest marine parks in the world. If you are up for it, you can volunteer for the Saba Conservation foundation and contribute to maintaining the island and saving its beauty for future generations. Our team actively volunteers at the Saba conservation foundation to assist them in keeping the marine park well maintained for you to experience and enjoy diving and snorkeling in superb conditions.


On land

Hiking
On Saba Island, the ranges of hiking opportunities are exceptional. In a single day you can hike from a near desert eco-system to a tropical rain forest; from an ocean beach to the top of a volcanic peak; from beautiful villages to the remote backcountry. Saba's trails present a complex mix of ecological and historical themes that provide a hiker with many days of pleasure. Let our concierge set up a guided hike for you. " Jungle James" Saba's guide will than guide you thru your hike of choice and fill you in on Saba's history along with all he knows about the flora and fauna of Saba... and trust us; he knows a lot and loves to share his experience and knowledge with you.

Island Tour
Saba's guides takes great pride in the quality of their tour experiences. Each tour includes a knowledgeable guide to accompany the guest and highlight all the points of interest that are passed during the course of the tour as well as providing the usual sort of pertinent information about Saba in general.

Jo Bean Glass workshop
A nice way to spend a morning or afternoon on Saba is by making your own jewelry at Jo Bean Glass. Sign up for her exciting workshop and learn how to turn glass into nice pieces of art. If you are not up for this challenge Jo Bean's glass shop is still worth a visit for great handmade souvenirs for those back home.

Slideshows
On Mondays and Wednesdays greatly interesting slide shows are presented on Saba and about Saba. On Monday evening Saba's marine life is features and on Wednesday the slide show concentrates on the flora and fauna of Saba. Please consult our concierge for reservations and accurate times.

Shopping
No big shopping malls on Saba but the souvenir shops, art gallery and Saba lace workspace are worthwhile. Pick up a beautiful piece of Saba Lace or a bottle of the local rum based liquor; Saba Spice.
