The restaurant at the Queen's Gardens is set amid lush mountain gardens with a excellent view of the capital of Saba, named "The Bottom" and the caribbean sea.


The a la carte menus are served in the restaurant, terrasses or over at the Lounge Bar. The chefs' menus focus on the finest and the freshest local, imported and organic products. The restaurant manager will be pleased to assist with your wine selection.


Our wide "a la carte" menu is prepared with the freshest seafood, finest meats, organic grown vegetables and herbs specially grown in our garden on the resort.
