Our Restaurant at the Queen's Gardens is set amid lush mountain gardens with a great view of the capital of Saba, named "The Bottom" and the ocean.
The A la carte menus are served in the restaurant, terrasses or over at the Lounge Bar. Chef Vick's menus focus on the finest and the freshest local, imported and organic produce. A daily chefs signiture menu is also available. Our restaurant manager Huib will be only too pleased to assist with your wine selection.
Our wide "a la carte" menu speaks of the beauty of the sea and it is a meeting of the freshest seafood, imported meats, organic grown vegetables and herbs specially grown in our garden on the resort.
We also offer a daily changing light and refined menu, as well as vegetarian menu "a la carte" specialities.
Our restaurant is voted as one of the finest restaurant of the Dutch Antilles.
